the homes Willow Ponds is being built in four phases. Phase 1 which contains 12 homes and Phase 2 with 11 homes. Most of these homes are now completed. Phase 3 is currently in the site planning, engineering and architectural design process. Lots 24-27 in Phase 3 will become available this spring of 2008. First learn about Willow Ponds by looking at the lot and site plan. Then once you have a feeling for the individual lots and homes that interest you, you can look at the homes in detail below. At any given time there may be lots, finished homes or homes under construction available. You can contact the seller via the contact information given on each lot description. If there are lots in future Phases that interest you, you may contact us. We do take informal reservation for these lots and will contact persons interested on a first come first serve basis once the Phases are platted. As many of you know, Willow Ponds is more than just about homes but rather the environment and the people who live here.
