purchase We are currently in the process of site planning, engineering and architectural design for Phase Three. We are currently taking informal reservations for these lots but will not be able to sell lots or homes until the Phase has been platted. At that time, purchasing a lot or home in Willow Ponds is done in many different ways depending on the client. Some may choose to purchase a spec home that is already under construction where others may choose to go through the design process with an architect and choose a builder thereafter. At no time will a lot be sold without a house design approved by the buyer and seller. This is to insure the integrity of Willow Ponds and its design elements remain intact.
