what's new Feb 07... Site planning, architectural design, and engineering are underway for Phase 3. Lot 7 spec home almost completed and ready to move in. Jan 07... Recent sightings of wildlife at Willow Ponds include coyotes, quail, ducks, & pheasants. Dec 06... Currently there are five new homes under onstruction and four others to begin this spring. Nov 06... There are now nine families living in Willow Ponds with two more families moving in within the next couple months. 7/1/05... Lot 7 spec home under construction, is available for purchase 7/1/05... Lot 11 home (presold) is under construction. 7/1/05... Lot 15 home (presold) is under construction. 7/1/05... Lot 14 home (presold) is almost complete. 6/1/05... Phase 2 pavement and landscaping are underway. 5/1/05... Lot 6 home completed and moved in. 3/15/05... Lot 3 home completed and moved in. 2/15/05... Lot 9 home completed and moved in. 1/18/05... Phase Two platted & approved by Hood River County. 12/20/04... Services and road beds completed for Phase Two. Road has been paved into Kesia Court Cul-De-Sac. More paving scheduled end of Feb 05 (weather permitting) 12/15/04... Public walkway started in Phase One area. The walkway is made of tumbled paver stones installed by Classic StoneWorks.
